Hey Guys!!!! Finally an UPDATE from ME!!!!

Hey its me! I know I'm slow on the updates but I will bring you up to date now. You know what they say. Better late then never!!!
Anyway, I am with 10 other people. I will now briefly introduce you to them.

1. Corey Mitton- Straight from Nova Scotia! His family owns a whole bunch of Dairy Queens. His interests include the drums and music in any form. He is 19. He is currently working at the SPCA
2. Ryan- Native of Ontario. Took a course in automotive sales before deciding to hook up with the program. Looks like Prince William with a chin stud and a tattoo. He's 20 and working at the Roots and Blues festival planning place
3. Tyler Mead- From PEI. His dad is a Newfie and an ex-clown. His mom is a former Katimavick-participant. He is 18 with an interesting sense of humour. Works at the Downtown Activity Center
4. Alex- From Quebec. Very proud of that fact. 17 and thinks that he is all that and a bag of chips. Everything that comes from Quebec is the best in his opinion. Maple syrup, blueberries, himself, Saskatoon berries, etc...Works at the Downtown Activity Center
5. Heather- Native from Duncan BC but living in Calgary. 18 years of age. Very laid back personality but great sense of humour. Very self motivated. Works at the Downtown Improvment Assosiation
6. Jessica- From Ontario, she is the only vegitarian of the group. She loves to listen to her music, engage in interpative or ballet dance and knit. She is also almost billingual. She is 18 and works at the Canadian Mental Health Assasiation
7. Jennifer- From Surrey BC She is very outspoken. Loves to read. She is 20 and works at the SPCA
8. Veronique- From Quebec. She is also very outspoken and athletic. Loves to crack jokes. Unsure of her age because I don't speak french but I think she is 19. Works at the Roots and Blues place
9. Cynthia- From Quebec. She is very quiet and petite. She is presently hooked up with Tyler Mead. I don't know too much about her except that she likes WWF and working with children. Works at the Downtown Activity Center
10. Leslie Clark (Project Leader) She is the head hoch of the group at the age of 25. Originally from Newfoundland, she loves to travel and try new things. Very spontanious. I love the red streaks that she was in her hair.

I myself am working at the SPCA (who's surprised?) and of course am loving it. When I first got here it was about midnight (okay 12:13AM) We got a quick tour of the house and since we were all beat from hanging around the airport for over 7 hours waiting for everyone to get there we all crashed right after. The next day it was off to Mass Orientation which was creativly called MASSO. This involved all three groups in the 'cluster'. Vernon, Revelstoke and us. Thats over 30 people in a single building. So for three days we hung out there learning the ropes and do's and don'ts and stuff like that. Then it was off to our respective communities.
